2 - What forms of payment do you accept?

Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, PayPal, Personal or Business Checks, Cashiers' Checks & Money Orders.

3 - Do you have a minimum order amount?

We don't have a minimum order amount at this time.

4 - What are my shipping options?

For U.S. Addresses, you can choose U.S. First Class Mail ($4.00 per order), U.S. Priority Mail ($7.00 per order, regardless of weight) or U.S. Express Mail ($23.50 per order for first 8 oz.) at this time. We DO NOT accept C.O.D. International buyers will find their country's s&h rates available upon checking out, if yours is missing please contact us for shipping details.

5 - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The arrival of your package will depend on the shipping method chosen by you as well as your location. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, in the order payment is received and most, though not all, are usually shipped within 72 hours of our receiving payment.

6 - What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns within the following guidelines. All returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be returned in original packaging and cannot be altered in any way. Return postage is the buyers responsibility. A 10% restocking fee will apply to returns made after 30 days.

7 - What is your back order policy?

If we are out of an item at the time that you place an order, we will inform you of an estimated "in stock" date and you will be given the choice of waiting for the item which will be shipped to you at no additional shipping cost or deleting the item from you order.

8 - Do you make custom order jewelry?

Custom designing is available on a limited basis. We are able to create beaded designs to your specifications in many cases. Please contact us at jewelryqueen1972@aol.com for additional information.

9 - Why can't I find an item that you previously had available on this site?

Our stock changes from time to time and there will be occasions that we are unable to stock an item. We will make every effort to carry the item again once we are able.

10 - Why did the price of an item change?

All prices are subject to change without notice. Many items' prices change as a result of the going market price.
